You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to 203-738-5919. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. Message Frequency & Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with our service. The number of messages you receive will depend on your appointment activity, service requests, and your engagement with our promotions.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Age Restriction

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program. 3C Mobile Detailing LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of our SMS messaging program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Connecticut.
